my icloud account keeps requiring password in settings.

I purchased this phone from apple store, had the tech setup my phone and icloud. This is my business phone, i created new icloud account or apple id i dont know the difference if there is one. Anyways this phone had the icloud account setup by apple in store so new phone, new icloud account phone is trusted device, and the account apple help me setup is the only account i ever used on this phone. So to the point here i keep asking apple support for help and for some reason they talk to me try diagnosing issue same procedures everytime then im told "ill have to have a senior tech call you back" well they call back and basically act as if they have no notes to go off of from previous support, and also im told senior advisor does not have the option to do screen share which is weird because I can do screen recordings showing my iCloud account in my settings on the phone that's the trusted device literally I enter the password to view my personal information in the settings and sometimes not even a half hour goes by and it will require me to enter the password again clicking on the same exact personal information in the settings I had one apple tech tell me that it's like my phone is halfway signed into my iCloud which I don't understand because I require password to download apps well I'll click my personal information to see if it asked for my password to sign me into my iCloud on my phone it's showing that I'm signed in but I won't enter the password and I'll go to the App Store and it'll let me download any app without entering any password. My daughters phone dont ask this, my wifes dont, everyone ive asked said something is wrong my concerns is this is my business phone, business icloud email. If my phone is not constantly signed into iCloud on the trusted device then I don't have apples end to end encryption or security features at the time when it's asking me for my password to sign in by just clicking on my personal information also when I go to iCloud.com or Apple ID login and I have two-step verification on it used to send me a text message verifying that I am actually trying to login into those websites well I no longer receive those i'm not sure if this is normal now with Apple updates and I'm not too tech savvy so I was hoping to reach out to someone from Apple on here that could help me get this situated due to my heavy workload schedule it's kind of hard for me to make it into the Apple Store so I figured I would try here first. also on my phone when I go to my iCloud Mail it has a sign button and an encrypt by default button but it won't let me turn those on and when I look at my iCloud advance mail settings it don't show my Apple ID username and password it don't show any information of the server it's using it only has a token so I can't view any of the information. My safari browser useragent is html 1.1 which i read is the oldest but my phone is up dated not sure about this one maybe im wrong just trying give as much info as possible because when i call apple support they repeat the same diagnosing, then trasfer me to senior advisor after i showed the original tech screen recordings, screenshots and for some reason senior advisor i get transfer to, or alot of times they "call me back" from phone numbers that on caller id dont say "apple". Anyways senior advisor gets on phone has me do same exact diagnosis as 1st tech but they tell me they cant screen share, they cant see any of the screenshots, or screen recordings so basically it seems senior advisors are less helpful then original tech and they cant see anything i gave original tech proving i have a legitimate issue going on. is there a actual apple support email address that i can send them information i remember reading apple had a support mail with s temporary encryption code to make sure it reaches apple i guess ? i get emails from apple support that are not "signed/encrypted"

it dont have the apple logo in the email
