Apple Watch series 9 cellular won’t work with Visible

I spent two hours chatting with Visible trying to resolve this. I’ve unpaired, paired, reset network settings, updated, restarted, you name it. Nothing works. My watch shows that all is well and my cellular should be working, but it isn’t. I don’t know whose end this on, Visible’s or Apple’s, but I’m at the end of my rope.

If you are trying to use cellular data and the mobile network, is your iPhone not nearby, but still switched on and connected to cellular and Wi-Fi?


As far as I remember, some users reported, that they can only use cellular service, if the paired iPhone is still switched on and connected to the cellular network. However, I can use cellular service, even with my iPhone switched off.
