iPhone 11 Pro - is it 4G/VoiP compatible?

Every time I make a call, I get a voice recording saying "3G shutting down with Telstra" before it then connects to the call I made. I'm worried my phone is not going to work after the end of the month. I have an iPhone 11 Pro.

Your phone will work just fine. Every phone that Apple has made since the iPhone 5 supprts 4g. Telstra is probably putting that warning ahead of every call regardless of the type of phone making the call.
