"Battery Health: Is this normal that after 5 months, my battery health reduced to 10%? Last March this is 97% then now, August is 87%. My charger is 30 watts. Is this normal or should I swap my charger to 20 watts? Or maybe my charger is fake"

Troubleshooting Battery Health Drop:
I. Wattage to Use:
20W is what to use. 30 will not increase it. As for me, I alway go Apple-for-Apple (brand-for-brand) for reliability and dependably of my Apple purchases.
II. Is the "Normal"?:
A. No. As for the percentage drop, no, what you are reporting is not "normal". Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why, nor when, the Battery Health dropped. So, where did you purchase the iPhone? Is it a builtin battery? Where did you get the battery? If faulty, and purchased through Apple., then see if they will replace it.
B. Getting this Diagnosed by Apple:
There would be no cost to the diagnosis. Thing is, I do not think they would look at it if you do not set up a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store. So, set one up, seeing where things can go from here.
