My children's screen time won't update on my iPhone

My children's screen time has never updated on my iPhone, I've even changed iPhones over this period. On my phone ut just looks like the children's phones have never been used. It won't even update on my MacBook, which leads me to believe there is an issue with my Apple-ID and not my devices. I am the organiser and a parent in the family sharing group. However, screen times works fine from my wife's iPhone. I've tried:

• Turning screen time off/on, turning share across devices off/on, turning app activity off/on
• Logging off/on all Apple-IDs.
• Closing all apps, doing hard resets on all devices.
• Changing the names of children's phones, changing name of my phone.
• Changing out my child's phone and then setting it up as a new device.
• I've even tried resetting all settings on my phone!

The only thing I can think of I haven't tried is resetting my phone, which seems like real hassle, and I dont't think it'll work because screen time won't update on my MacBook.

Does anyone have a good idea of what to try next?
