New Macbook M3 Pro cannot connect to 2 monitors

I recently purchased a Macbook M3 pro. I have tried multiple docking stations, connecting into my Mac and a doc, a HDMI adapter, everything I can think of and I cannot get my M3 to attach to my 2 monitors. Just for giggles, I reconnected my M1 in the same setup - worked perfectly. (Yes, I am closing the lid.) I've tried it in multiple workstations in the office, had assistance from my other Mac folks... NOTHING. Is there something I should be looking at on the Mac itself? Seems to be an issue with the Mac and not the setup. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? I'm beyond frustrated and missing my old Mac.

Re: Tobenone UD5015DM

that is a USB-C docking station, and it supports ONE fully-hardware-accelerated display when connected by a single USB-C cable.

Thanks to the “InstantView” Driver, this MacBook Air docking station can break the single extend display limitation of 2020 M1/ 2022 M2/2023 M3 Macbook. It can extend dual/triple monitors, and easily extend your home office or office workspace.

These additional displays are "fake" displays, and are NOT suitable for displaying full motion video, and may make you queasy when used with a mouse because tracking is slow.
