iOS 17.6.1 Battery Draining Fast

Same issue here (15 Pro Max). Battery is draining too fast after the update. It worked like a charm before it.

Just bought a brand new iPhone 13 a week ago and the battery kills me after the iOS 17.6.1 update. Can I/should I return the phone?

Hope this will be fixed in short time.

I have the same issue Battery is draining very fast and phone is getting hot.

apple need to addres this. This is the secound time this had a big impact on battery health by being hot.

iOS 17.6.1 Battery Draining Fast

Yesterday I had to charge my iPhone 11 multiple times - it went from 66% to 7% in 5 minutes.

What’s. few days? It’s been 5 days since i updated and this is getting worse! charged overnight and only made it to 40% battery

I've been using my iPhone since June 2024. About three weeks ago, I updated to iOS 17.6.1, and now my battery is draining rapidly. My battery health is already down to 98%. This is terrible.

all year around, august update will always cause severe performance and battery drop.

in September new iphone will be released along with new ios 🤐🤐🤐

My 15 Pro is as well has issues with the battery. 8 hours working day. And it’s out of battery. Even if the phone are used minimal…

This is insane, its 10 am and my ipad pro 12 inch has gone from 100 percent to now 53 percent since 6 am.... I have to charge my ipad 3 times a day as before just once.....

When do we get the Flux capacitor?

That’s their intention so you need to purchase a new phone every year!
