Email messages are slow to load on my iOS, AOL mail in this case

When I get new emails such as a password reset that should come quickly it can take 10 minutes to appear in my inbox. I am using Aol address in this case for my email.

is there a way I can change the settings to guarantee it loads quicker? I have a fast and strong connection to the Internet.

Incoming email very slow to show on iPad No problem with retrieving email on android mobile and desktop PC, but extremely slow on iPad. I have checked settings and all appear correct as in set to push and automatic. Some days it’s ok others like today it is slow to almost non existent at downloading. iPad is an iPad Air 4th Generation and fully up to date.

Can't send emails from aol account I can't send outgoing emails AOL account on my I phone 14. When I send outgoing email it ends up in draft file. Help, please. If I delete aol account I would lose all previous emails, I guess.
