Cannot update Payment method in appleid
I know the steps to update my payment method to an expired debit card or add a new card, but the EDIT button is greyed out. I can’t get it to turn blue to edit in any payment method area

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes and turn on.
- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.
