Mail App not Working on Iphone 14 Pro

I was prompted to change my email address password on my iphone so I changed it online. Now my mail app is not working properly and I can't send or receive emails on my iPhone 14 Pro. It appears to be loading but then displays the error at the bottom of the screen "error - cannot get mail - no password provided for Yahoo. Please go to Mail Account Settings and enter a password" BUT I CAN'T :(. The option to select Settings - Mail - Accounts is not an option because it's grayed out. I'm at a loss! Help!!! I contacted Apple and they stated I needed to contact my carrier; my carrier states I need to contact Apple :(😒
