I turned my Caller ID off by mistake today and now that I am trying to turn it on, i just keep getting the spinning wheel of death!
I have turned it off and back on but hasn't changed a thing!
I did do the latest update today, could this be an issue from the update?
If anyone has an idea how to fix this i would be greatfull

I had the same thing, tried everything as suggested. Finally took to Apple store & they said it was a carrier problem ie Telstra, Optus etc. Took it to the Telstra shop & they fixed it through the My Telstra App. They could not tell me why it happened though!
