Hey, I recently discovered that apps that I have paid for and used before, when I try re-download them they are asking for MONEY!? Instead of showing the little cloud symbol with the arrow, it shows the price tag! I have tried signing in and out of the iCloud and App Store but it doesn’t work please help.
i have also tried searching in the “purchased” section, it wont appear.

If you have purchased them before, then they can be redownloaded for free from your purchase history assuming you are still using the Apple ID that was used to make the original purchase.

Changes to apps and versions may cause the app in the store to not be the same as the one you downloaded previosuly so get a price instead of the cloud icon.

If the app is not showing in your Purchase History, then it was downloaded with a different Apple ID. You can have apps on your device that were downloaded with a different Apple ID and you can continue to use them, but you will not be able to update/redownload the app.
When you searched in the last screen shot you typed "Geomatry" when the word is actually "Geometry". That would explain why there were no results found.
I see you have updated your Screen Shot and it is still showing not found when using the correct spelling of Geometry. I recommend contacting the developer and provide your screenshots. They are able to give you a free Promo Code to download the app again without a charge.

I can’t find it on the “purchased apps” area but I can find it on the purchase history.
I don’t get it, if it is showing in my purchase history then why isn’t it showing in previously purchased
