How to download a song in Files on to my iPhone?

My iOS does not go as high as it needs to for garage band so what can I do I have the song in my files that I want to use how can I do that and I also do not have a computer

Songs missing after syncing iPhone with Mac's music library A number of songs won't show on my iPhone after I sync with the music library on my mac. I have the music files stored on my computer. On my computer, when I view my iPhone in Music under devices the songs ARE listed, but they do not appear on the Music app of my phone. For example, I'll have an 11 song album, and only 5 songs show up in the Apple Music library on my phone. The other 6 songs aren't grayed out, they're not listed at all. These are songs I used to have on my phone, but I had to delete the downloaded files to make enough space to install iOS 26.1.
