Connecting streaming apps to apple tv's ''up next'' section.

I would like to connect Prime video to my apple TV so that it shows up in my ''up next'' section. However when I first logged into Prime, I declined to connect by mistake and now I can't find anywhere on the apple TV app or the Prime video app to set this up again. Is there a manual way to do this or is there one chance only upon first login?
