Can't access purchased movies on ipad appletv
Hi
Any idea why my purchased library movies have disappeared from apple tv on my ipad?

If the iPad has internet connectivity ①, and if you are signed in with the Apple ID account ②, then the Movies option ③ in the Library should show all your purchased movies, as linked to that account.
If that doesn’t work for you, then: —
- Try force-closing the TV app, then relaunch,
- Try a device restart,
- Try signing out of your account ②, then immediately sign in again, to refresh its properties,
- If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff.
