What causes the "corrupted" error during macOS installation?

I have now Mac iOS 10.13.6 I want to set up macOS Mojave iOS 11 10.14 but it says "the Your copy of Install macOS Mojave is corrupted and cannot be used to install macOS". what can i do with it?

and what the latest version of mac ios i can downloadd on my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
