Am I setting my sleep schedule incorrectly?

I must be missing something here. My goal in setting sleep schedules is to set a bedtime at 1030 pm on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with wakeup times of 0630 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No go to sleep time on Friday or Saturday nights and no wakeup times on Saturday or Sunday.


My full schedule and options as set on my iPhone (and Apple Watch):

Mon, Tue, Wed, and Thu: Bedtime 2230 Wakeup 0630

Friday: Bedtime 0000 Wakeup 0630

Sunday: Bedtime 2230 Wakeup 0900 (no alarm)

Saturday: nothing scheduled


Here is what happens weekly with the above schedule:

  • There is no bedtime on Thursday nights
  • There is a 2230 bedtime on Saturday nights


I don't understand what I am doing wrong...I didn't think I was that stupid!

The Apple Watch Sleep App does allow you to set different sleep schedules for different days. Heres how you check and change your Sleep schedules on the Watch:


  • Open the Sleep App on your Watch > Click on the alarm to edit schedules > Now you can edit your wake up, bed time, schedules, sleep goals and wind down. Make sure your schedules are correct.
