Private Domain name can't sign up for Apple ID

I just sign up for a domain name for my business and i use my office iphone to sign up for an apple ID, but it shows please provide an valid email. Please assist what is going on? Why can't a domain email sign up for apple ID?

Cannot add email address to custom domain because the email is already in use with another Apple ID I am trying to add an email address to a custom domain, but am getting the message that I cannot because the email is already in use with another Apple ID. I forgot I had an Apple ID with that email address, so I deleted the Apple ID. However I'm still getting the error message (a month after I requested deletion of the Apple ID).

My email is invalid in Apple Developer Program Enrollment When I fill in my email in the "Your Work Email" text box this is the response I get: "Enter a valid email address that uses your organization’s domain name." This is my business email and I don't know what to do. Has anyone been able to solve this problem before?
