How do I turn off "You are too close to the iPhone" message pop-up on my iPhone 11 ?

My iPhone 11 continues to pop up a message telling me that I am too close to my iPhone & to back up. I understand that this is to maintain healthy eyesight but it doesn’t allow me a means to bypass & thus interferes with work or messages, etc. Even that wouldn’t be so bad but it seems to get stuck in this mode unless I hold my iphone as far back as my arm will reach. Does anyone know how to turn off this setting or even where I might find the setting for this?
