My Napster account was shut down, and I was told to go to Apple to pay my bill, which I don’t know anything

I have no idea I have no idea what’s going on. I’ve used Napster for 20 years yesterday. I was shut out of my app and told payment details but I paid a year in advance two months ago. Quite disappointed. Please help me.
