My iPad screen is showing lines on the display

Ill just do lots of photos this is a rewrite bc stupid microsoft edge crashed. iPad screen acting up

THE IMAGES ARENT LOADING SOMEONE JUST HELP THERE ARE LINES AND RED SPOTS AND BURN IN EVEN ON APPLE LOGO NOW RED EVERYWHERE AND BLACK AND WHITRE AND BLUE LINES I CANT SEE THE TIME OR ANYTHING THE TOP OF THE SCREEN DOESNT WORK AND THE LINES ARE FLASHING AND GETTING BIGGER AND MAKING THE SCREEN UNUSABLE FORCE RESTART DOESNT WORK bruh its still responsive to touch lol THE LINESARE MASSIVE PLEAS HELP ME oh the red is gone YEP ITS REALLY BAD
