Find my has put a date on removing the phone
I tried to remove my iPhone from find my iPhone and it says the phone will be removed in a month from now is there anyway to bypass this so I can finish my insurance claim

Got it, thanks for clarifying. If it was bring repaired by Apple or an Apple authorized repair store you would have big instructed to turn off Find My before they would with on it.
However, activation lock is now off, per Remove a device from Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support
“Activation Lock is removed immediately, and the device is removed from Find My after 30 days.”
You won’t be able to do it any quicker.
