How to identify media in icloud folder (windows) that will not be correctly displayed in iphone?

I have been uploading some old pictures and videos to my icloud sttorage through my PC (Windows 10). I simply copy the desired items and paste them into the icloud folder so they can be uploaded. However, some of this items would be uploaded and then never show up in my iphone. I have identified that they have an incorrect video codec, and now I will properly convert them into the correct codec before adding them to icloud folder. The thing now is, my icloud folder has 35000+ files in it, only about 34000 appear in my iphone, and I want to find out what are the items inside this icloud folder that are not in the correct format so I can replace them.

Anyone has any ideia of how I can identify what are this photos/videos that are not being red by the iphone?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18

If you’re syncing with photos: Your photos and videos are stored in iCloud in their original format at full resolution. Formats include HEIF, JPEG, RAW, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEVC and MP4, as well as special formats you capture with your iPhone or iPad, such as slo-mo, time-lapse, 4K videos and Live Photos. The photos and videos you capture with these devices are stored in HEIF and HEVC Depending on your internet speed, the time it takes for you to see your photos and videos on all of your devices and iCloud.com may vary.
