How do I fix my MacBook trackpad glitching without any physical damage?

How do i fix my macbook trackpad glitching when there's no physical issue, no third-party issue (tried in safe-mode), resetted the PRAM - it works for a few minutes but then starts to glitch again after 10-15 minutes? what happens is it starts moving in random directions, it starts clicking itself. if the cursor is on something such as some clickable GUI, it clicks itself. i don't know what is causing the problem. all the rebooting methods i've tried and theyve worked but temporarily. my battery condition is normal, nothing wrong with it. this started to happen suddenly out of nowhere. and before this issue, i did notice that my volume button was also glitching even though it's fine now. just added that incase it may help in detecting the issue

random movements, clicking on its own can be a symptom of a battery that is swelling impacting the track pad from below. Not good.

Look for any external sign of seam seperation or not sitting flat on the table top...
