Troubleshooting an iPhone that won't Turn On:
A. Is there no power to it? If so, plug it into a different port on your well. Perhaps you need a new charing cable.
B. Getting Out of a Boot Loop:

C. Perform a Force Restart: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
D. No Success?
