Can I disable iCloud Reminders whitout losing them?
My iPhone is my only Apple device so there's no reason to sync the reminders, but I also don't wanna delete them from my phone

Enable Reminders in iCloud, so that none are lost.
Backup your iPhone to a computer, that way, you'll have a backup to restore from that has these reminders installed.
IMPORTANT: Create backup prior it installing an update, because things may go working during or after the process of installing an update.
