I deleted my Apple ID account on my MacBook Air (2013) and now I'm unable to log in

I think no way except factory resetting your MacBook Air with Recovery mode.

Reset the Password:

For this user that you don't know, see if you can reset the password. You need at least one Administrator on it. So, that would be an Administrator user: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support

B. IMPORTANT:

Back Up your Mac First:  Be certain you Create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac, so that way you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reconfiguration. You'd use Migration Assistant to get what need be transferred.

What, exactly, did you do.

I don't believe it's possible to delete the account you are currently logged into, so how did you delete your account unless you were logged in using a different account?
