I deleted my Apple ID account on my MacBook Air (2013) and now I'm unable to log in

I deleted my account (wanted to reset my macbook back tp factory settings) on my macbook air (2013) and now cannot log in as when I turn it on it requires name and password of Other account which I do not know.

furthermore, option to reset password or something does not come up.

is there any solutions for this login problem?

Reset the Password:

For this user that you don't know, see if you can reset the password. You need at least one Administrator on it. So, that would be an Administrator user: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support

When selling a Mac:

A. Go Here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your Mac - Apple Support

B. IMPORTANT:

Back Up your Mac First:  Be certain you Create a Time Machine Backup of your Mac, so that way you can have something to restore your Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reconfiguration. You'd use Migration Assistant to get what need be transferred.
