Photos made on IPhone and IPad are stored in ICloud.
On my Windows laptop I installed ICloud. I can see my photos there. But, while the photos are properly organized on IPhone and IPad (by date, etc.), on my Windows laptop I see them all mixed up in no special order.
What can I do to have the photos organized on my laptop as well?

Now I see in the iCloud app, when using 'View photos in Windows', all my photos in the right order.

Which brings me to my 2nd question.
I want to merge these iCloud photos with the photos on my Windows laptop. How do I, in an easy way, bring photos from iCloud into the organized photo file on the laptop?

There is an Official App Called 'iCloud' in Microsoft Store, Download it and sing in with your Apple ID then you are good to go.
