I am trying to download photos from an old Sony camera MVC-CD400, my MacBook Air shows the camera, but the photos do not appear in the photo downloads. It works with my older MacBook but not my new MacBook. Is there an app that will allow access to my camera's files?

It worked! I am able to download into Image Capture. I had never used that application before. My older MacBook would download without any issues, this newer one would not recognize any data from the camera. Thank you for solving my problem.-Don J

Yes you did. 8^) It was always used behind the scenes. It seems that recent OS' need a kick in the pants to get it going.
