Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding your concern of your attempts to update your iPhone 11 iOS.

If you'd like to update to the latest iOS, you can do so by heading to Settings > General > Software Updates and choosing the latest iOS option which should be the very first option of the list.

If there is no updates available, that would mean you are up-to-date, you can also see if you're up-to-date on iOS as it will let you know on the Software Updates tab.
