How do I see my Apple Pay transactions from 2023, it only shows me 2024

I’m trying to get a refund from a company, I called my bank and they said they couldn’t find the payment even though I told them 50 times where it was and the date. Then she hung up on me.

I contacted the company and they said to request a refund via Apple Pay as that is how I paid. But my Apple Pay doesn’t go earlier than January 12 2024.

how do I see transactions before 2024? I paid using Apple pay in November 2023 but it’s not showing up.

Apple Pay is just a means of authorizing payments between your bank and merchant. Your refund request would be handled by the merchant and sent back to the card you used through Apple Pay. There is no means to request a refund through Apple Pay as it is not an account. You can review charges on your card provider's website or with your bank. Most cards in the wallet only keep a recent transaction history, not a complete one.
