Siri is not responding properly

When i try to use siri,

eg: when i ask siri to call my mom through WhatsApp and even though the contact is there in WhatsApp siri is responding like it didn't find any contact in WhatsApp. (I guarantee the contact is there)

first i thought the problem is with my accent or WhatsApp but i checked how it read my voice and it is listening properly.

Then i checked Spotify to play some music and each time the siri is playing something she likes and completely ignoring my voice.

Also: You may want to check a few settings on your iPhone

ie: make sure that Siri is set up to listen for your voice and respond to your requests
