Share Focus Status not working on iPhone

Share Focus Status iOS 17.6 not working at all. went into settings and turned work focus on and made sure “share across devices” is on. then i picked which focus i wanted to share from it still doesn’t work. i’ve always had issues trying to get this to work. i just want the silenced notifications people to say “has notifications silenced” on imessage.

use focus on one device Is there a way to use a focus on one device without cancelling share across devices. For example my iPad is sometimes used for work by other people, so I want to limit what people can see and block what notifications come through but I don’t want the focus to be shared with my iPhone but then for example my sleep focus I want to be shared across devices. I know you can turn off share across devices but is there a way to do it individually per focus?
