Will I lose my photos if I update my iPhone to iOS 17?
Hello. I want to update my iOS from 16 to 17th. All my photos are synced into iCloud. Is there any doubt that photos will be deleted after update?

A. Losing Photos After Upgrading the iOS:
I've see recent reports of this. So, back up photos to an external source, prior to doing so: Download iCloud photos and videos - Apple Support
B. Updating an iPhone:
Two methods to try other than the traditional way:

- Update Using Cellular: Use an iPhone 12, that is using 5G in order to update over Cellular - User Tip
C. Important:
Back Up First: Be sure create a back up your iPhone prior to performing an update, that way you have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong afterwards.
