Seal Team new season formatting

Contact Paramount or Apple and let them know.

Nothing we can do about it except wait for Paramount to fix it.

It is Paramount’s fault.

Apple doesn’t own Seal Team, that is paramount providing the content.

They have fixed it. I am watching Season 7 Episode 1 now.

Same issue here. Picture is about 12" tall on a 75" TV. More black bar screen than video.

Since I also have Paramount+ thru Apple I don't have a Paramount+ account and cannot contact them. It is a Paramount problem because other Paramount shows play fine and that includes the last Seal Team show from last season.

I am having the same issue with Seal Team Season 7, Episode 1. In another thread looks like it might be on Paramount+. I have the Paramount+ App because of issues a while back, but now it doesn’t recognize my login as I purchased Paramount+ with Showtime via Apple. Hopefully this is resolved soon, whoever’s fault it is. Another thread said they were waiting for Apple to get back to them on Thursday. If that’s true, that is unacceptable on Apple’s part.

Agree that it sounds like this is paramount issue. However, I pay for Paramount via Apple TV and I watch Paramount via Apple TV therefore, Apple TV has a stake in this…just my thoughts. I chatted with support last night. They couldn’t help. They wanted to have the engineering team call me — not really to help but together, data. As it was late, I opted not. I asked them to email with updates, but I haven’t heard.
