Bluetooth hearing aids in Duo Lingo
Hi - just upgraded to 15 Pro Max and cannot get sound through hearing aids for Duo Lingo.
Had 13 Pro before which clocked in automatically.
please be gentle im not tech savvy.

Wondering whether your bluetooth hearing aids remain compatible with your iPhone.
Eg: You can check if they are listed: List of Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support

Your iPhone may need updating to the newest iOS 17 version:
You can check if there is an update to install via Settings > General > Software update.
(NB: It is always wise to back-up your iPhone's data before updating the iOS version)

Your Hearing Aids may need a firmware update from the manufacturer or from your hearing-specialist. (If you use an app with the hearing aids, you may be able to use the app to update.)
