How do I set up keyboard macro in Sonoma?

I have stumbled upon this thread: Keyboard macro - Apple Community, which explained steps to set up macro that I can use to insert text input that is repeated over time.

Unfortunately it seems that System Preferences were substituted by System Settigns and I no longer see an option to easily set global macro that I can use to insert custom text input. I would love to hit shortcut and that would copy paste before set message, for example purposes message is "Thank you for your message" at the cursor location.

I have searched for some apps to duplicate this behaviour, but I still feel there is a native option. Can anyone guide me? Thanks!
