I am not able to download YouTube and Netflix on my iPhone

You don't give much information to go on. What happens when you try to download the apps? Do you have a valid payment tied to your Apple Account? Do you own an iPhone which is updated to at least iOS 16? YouTube requires owning an iPhone which can fun iOS 15, while Netflix requires one which can run at least iOS 16.

Do you have a phone with an iOS version compatible with the YouTube and Netflix apps?
