I returned to the US after a trip to Europe. My phone still is showing my location outside the US on done sites. Language and country settings are correct. How can I resolve?

Not sure what a “done” site is. But did you use a foreign SIM in Europe? If so, go to Settings/General/VPN & Device Management and see if any profiles from the trip are on the phone. If they are, delete them.
