snapchat won’t allow camera access

i tried to go on snapchat this morning, and it says “Snapchat is a camera app! to continue, you’ll need to allow Camera access in Settings”, so i clicked it and it brought me to the settings app for snapchat, but there is no option for turning on the camera. i only have Siri & Search, Notifications, background app refresh (which won’t allow me to turn it on), and Cellular data. idk what to do ive turned off my phone completely twice, and deleted and redownload snapchat twice and nothing has changed. please help
