I want to buy Us version (LL/A) iphone in japan!

If i order new iPhone from apple.com. Will iPhone arrive with us version?

No. Apple doesn't sell that model outside the USA, and won't ship it internationally or to a known freight forwarder; if you transport it there yourself, they will likely deny warranty or AppleCare+ service.
