Recovering permanently deleted files without any backup?

Hey everyone, I mistakenly deleted a folder containing around 10 GB of images, videos, MP3s and PDFs from my "Files" app and immediately deleted it from recently deleted part (the folder was permanently deleted). This folder was stored "On My iPhone" and sadly I didn't back it up via iCloud or iTunes. The the lost data in the 10-GB folder was extremely important and valuable to me, and actually I'm frustrated to death I cannot find any way to recover them. Please let me know if there is any application to be installed on my iPhone or any software to be installed on my Macbook to recover/restore the entire 10 GB of the lost data. Please note that the iPhone which the lost data was stored on is iPhone 12 mini with iOS version of 17.6.1.
