Snapchat IEMI ban and phone number

I received an IMEI ban from snapchat, and my account was linked to my phone number and email. I’ve since made an account on an old phone with a DIFFERENT AppleID, but I can sign into it on my iPad with the same AppleID as my banned phone. My question is, if I buy a new phone and use the same sim card, will Snapchat have access to my phone number in order to ban me even if I don’t specifically link it to my account and instead use a new email address only? I can’t find a clear answer to this question anywhere online so this is the only place I feel I can ask.
