How do I request a refund for an unwanted subscription?

Why am I being charged twice? I already paid for iCloud 200GB on August 5th, but I was charged a second time on August 14th

i dont like this ! give back my money !

  1. This is a user to user forum, we are neither taking your money, nor can we give it back.
  2. Why do assume its for the same thing? The system is set up to prevent double charging for the same thing, so its highly, highly unlikely both charges are for iCloud. Have you verified your purchase history to identify the charge?

  3. If its for an active subscription, you will need to cancel it and contact Apple Support directly for a refund.

    2. click here ➜ Request a Refund for a cancelled subscription - Apple Support
  4. If its a one time purchase see the following support document.
