Hi my phone isn’t letting me turn on with it has a line through the wifi and says off and my data isn’t working and my phone just keeps randomly powering off on me

Data issue If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
wifi issue If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
phone issue If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
My iPhone is showing a line through the Wi-Fi icon and it keeps powering off
