You can log-in to your Apple Account online at https://appleid.apple.com/

If needed: Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support

You can edit your details if the wrong phone number is listed there.

In the security section : add the new phone number first, to allow deleting of the old one.

Allow 24 hours for the change to update wherever the number is used for Apple
