Wondering if you have enough storage space to install the downloaded update.

Eg: An iPhone usually needs at least 8Gb free in which to do all the tasks you want to to do:

(NB: This is separate from any storage space you may have available in iCloud)

Maybe because you have little storage space on your iPhone 11 and you stayed out of date since somewhere in iOS 15. Also, the iPhone 11 is five years old.
