How do I remove or change my firmware password on my MacBook Pro?

Macbook Pro 2020 login password is not entered. Some time ago, the login password was accepted, but now it is not accepted. I can not log in. The password I enter is correct, it has not changed for many years. The MacBook just stopped accepting the password. I cannot delete the login password or do anything, since the EFI password is set. I do not remember the EFI password to do any actions. I need to delete the EFI password or remotely reset the login password for the MacBook Pro 2020. I have the box, I have the receipt, the MacBook is mine, I remember all the data except the EFI password.

If you can't remember your firmware password, schedule an in-person service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Bring your Mac to the appointment, and bring your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

note: Perform an Apple Configurator 2 DFU "Restore" and the firmware password will be removed.

An AC2 Restore will only remove the firmware password, NOT Activation Lock.

They said that they don't service MacBooks in Russia. Only iPhones. Where should I go?

In the links I provided above search for any location nearest to your location is the best I can advise.
