MacBook Air M1 not recognising usb hub in one port
my MacBook Air m1 is charging via both ports and recognising usb only in one port. what can I do fix it?

Sounds like that one USB-C port may be partially bad. Power & data are two different things so it is not unusual for one to work and the other does not. You can try rotating the USB-C connector 180 degrees upside down to see if that helps you to limp by until the laptop can be repaired (may work if the port is only half bad).
