I got a new iPhone 15 last week. My calendar is all backed up and reloaded on, but the search function is not working. It says “no events found” for most things; things I can clearly see in my diary if I go to that day. Weirdly it IS finding a very few events from the search function but just one or two. All others mysteriously don’t exist. Any ideas?
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Show All, turn off iCloud Calendar, keep your data if prompted, restart the iPhone and turn back on iCloud Calendar. Wait for the search index to be rebuilt (a few minutes, probably) before trying to search.
